We are looking for an Order Management Specialist for a consulting assignment who will provide internal customer support, including technical assistance, order help, and payment-related assistance.

You will coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and enhance customer satisfaction. You ensure the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with sales, operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams. You will also coordinate solutions with customer service and spare parts teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and order help
• Assist with payment-related inquiries
• Coordinate with relevant resources to ensure solutions to customer issues
• Collaborate with sales, operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and logistics flow
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Previous experience in customer support
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You communicate clearly and effectively, and are keen to help customers and ensure their satisfaction. You take initiative and work efficiently and independently. You also have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. You contribute to the team with your positive attitude.

The assignment is set to start in May and offers a hybrid solution.
